When Your Card Is Charged

Your card or wallet is charged at the time of order confirmation. For custom orders, this reserves materials and production time specific to your request.

Secure Checkout

• Checkout is protected by SSL encryption.
• Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant processor.
• We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Billing & Verification

• Billing name and address must match the card issuer’s records.
• Orders flagged by our fraud-prevention system may require additional verification or be canceled and refunded.

Promo Codes & Gift Cards

Enter valid codes at checkout before completing payment. Only one promo code per order unless otherwise stated. Gift cards (if offered) are treated like cash; please store them securely.

Installments / BNPL

If Buy Now, Pay Later options (e.g., Shop Pay Installments) appear at checkout, the terms are provided by that service. Questions about installments should be directed to the BNPL provider.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify card details, billing address, and available funds or try another method. If issues persist, contact us for help.

Refunds to Original Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days). See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility.
