1. How do I place an order?

You can shop directly through our website at https://blackcatsrigsby.com or our TikTok Shop.
Simply select the item you’d like, choose any available options (size, color, design, etc.), and add it to your cart. Then follow the secure checkout process.


2. Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favorite things to make.

We’ll confirm details like design, pricing, and estimated turnaround time before beginning your project.


3. How long do custom orders take?

Most custom orders take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on design complexity and order volume.
We’ll always keep you updated if there are any changes or delays.


4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
For custom orders, cancellations are not available once production has begun due to the personalized nature of each item.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

5. How long does shipping take?

Processing and shipping times vary:

  • Ready-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days

  • Custom items: Ship within 7–14 business days after design approval

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and shipping method.


6. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in Louisiana, you can request local pickup.
Just contact us before placing your order, and we’ll confirm availability and remove shipping costs.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S., contact us — we’ll do our best to arrange international shipping and provide a quote.


8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

9. Are all your items handmade?

Yes! Every product is handcrafted with care — from tumblers and t-shirts to ornaments and coasters.
Slight variations in color or finish make each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.


10. How should I care for my tumbler?

To keep your tumbler beautiful for years:

  • Hand wash only — do not place in the dishwasher.

  • Avoid soaking or using abrasive cleaners.

  • Do not expose to extreme heat (e.g., car dashboards).

Epoxy-sealed tumblers should be handled gently to protect their finish.


11. Do you take wholesale or bulk orders?

12. What is your return policy?

  • Custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.
