We specialize in handcrafted and custom-made products such as tumblers, t-shirts, ornaments, coasters, and related creative items.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These are part of the natural creative process and are not considered defects.

  • Limit the quantities of products sold to any customer.

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel or refuse any order placed with incorrect details.
Payments must be made through the approved payment processors on our Site. By providing payment information, you confirm that it is accurate and authorized for use.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary depending on whether the item is pre-made or custom. Estimated processing times are displayed on product pages.
Shipping costs, options, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
