Black Cat’s Rigsby is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.

Our Measures

• Use of semantic HTML, labels for form fields, and descriptive alt text for images.
• Color contrast and focus states designed for readability and keyboard navigation.
• Captions/alt text for product visuals; descriptive link text.
• Regular review of new content and templates for accessibility.

Ongoing Improvements

We continuously improve structure, headings, keyboard access, and screen-reader compatibility. New features undergo accessibility review prior to launch.

Compatibility

Our site is designed to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies. Some older browsers may not fully support accessible features.

Known Limitations

• User-generated or third-party embeds (e.g., social feeds) may not fully meet WCAG at all times.
• Older product photos are being updated with more descriptive alt text.
